MBT M.Walk is part of the new line of MBT shoes which run slightly narrower, and have a slightly different feel. Gentle, active rolling instead of repeated compression leads to relaxed, natural standing and walking. Muscular tensions decrease and the muscles become more balanced. The MBT M.Walk features a perforated EVA insole provides added cushioning with antibacterial treatment to reduce odor. It also has a combo synthetic leather and poly mesh upper for both breathable and durable wear. They feature a PU midsole with pivot that is the balancing section underneath the metatarsus which requires an active rolling movement with every step. A durable rubber outsole offers lightweight support with good traction.

I first tried MBT shoes last year and they are amazing! I work on my feet all day, on concrete flooring, and before I had these shoes my back, hips, and feet were in extreme pain. Since wearing the MBTs, I no longer have pain or stiffness.mbt-shoessale is a great place to shop, and have excellent customer service practices. I recommend them to everyone.

Cute, but uncomfortable - These are really great looking shoes, especially for MBT. But they are not comfortable at all. The shoe makes me walk on the inside of my foot. The toe strap rubs my toe, though when I loosened the back strap that became bearable. Anyway, I returned them.

I love these shoes! My feet do not get tired. My back doesn't hurt. I can feel them working - I really can. I even wear them while I am at home. I've read reviews of people complaining that they do not know what all the raves are about, but I think they did not have the proper fit. I did have to get a half size larger. (If when you receive them your toes are at all scrunched your toes will fall asleep, but a 1/2 size larger did the trick for me.) Also, these shoes come up high on the heel, so if you do not wear high enough socks they will wiggle down on you. I got blisters my first time, but now I wear higher socks and there is no problem. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and while they are an expensive shoe, I would buy them again and will get another pair when I wear these out.

Prior to my purchase I read reviews that said to order a size larger. They were absolutely right! I usually wear a size 7, my MBTs are an 8. That said, I love them. They are so comfortable and feel great! I can stand on them all day and my legs never feel tired. The purple color is adorable. Would definitely purchase again!

I recently had a lumbar spinal fusion & walking is the only form of exercise I can do. After wearing my MBT shoes for the first time I noticed that I stood straighter and had slightly less lower back pain. For people with lower back pain, I think they are worth the high cost. As to sizing, buy at least 1/2 size up from your regular size and if there is any doubt, go a full size up. I wear between a 7 & 7.5 normally and I ordered an 8 in these shoes. They fit just a tad snug. The next pair I buy will probably be an 8.5. That I'm already thinking of my next pair despite the expense tells you how happy I am with these shoes!
