MBT M.Walk is part of the new line of MBT shoes which run slightly narrower, and have a slightly different feel. Gentle, active rolling instead of repeated compression leads to relaxed, natural standing and walking. Muscular tensions decrease and the muscles become more balanced. The MBT M.Walk features a perforated EVA insole provides added cushioning with antibacterial treatment to reduce odor. It also has a combo synthetic leather and poly mesh upper for both breathable and durable wear. They feature a PU midsole with pivot that is the balancing section underneath the metatarsus which requires an active rolling movement with every step. A durable rubber outsole offers lightweight support with good traction.

They fit great, except for slight rubbing for the first few wears on the heel of the mbt shoe.

The men's mbt shoes are very comfortable and I can wear them all day on my tile floors for extra support. I think I will order an additional pair in another color.
