I own 5 pairs of MBTs and were it not for them, I would still be hobbling around on a bad knee, plantar fasciitis, and painful back. Everyone at work is amazed at my mobility and stamina since learning to walk in MBTs (yes, you DO have to follow the DVD!). There aren¡¯t enough adjectives to tell you how wonderful these shoes are. With the MBT M.Walk, I only needed 1/2 size larger, as with the sandals and Barabara. My Chapas, 1 full size larger. My large toes tend to turn up, so anything smaller hurt them. My Sports run true to size... go figure. I would suggest going into a local store, trying on different ones and size yourself to the ones you like. Then, go online to Zappos and buy them. My friend bought them in a store and not only did she pay more...+ tax, but when they turned out to be too small, she had a horrible time with the exchange.mbt-shoessale is the greatest. mbt-shoessale certainly lives up to their good reputation and more! I ordered the MBT M.Walk , which are wonderful, but the first pair was too small; I had to return them. They sent me the new ones, did not charge me for the second pair, trusting me to return the first pair! I sent the first pair back and the second pair was perfect, actually I wanted to try both at the same time to pick the best fit. Also, the MBT M.Walk is great, I wear them most of the time. I have arthritis in all joints and it seems to help keep me going! Thanks mbt-shoessale!

I love the new style of the Men's MBT M.Walk. It's not as orthopedic looking as most MBT's. I'm not sure though that the sole is as comfortable (especially on my left foot) as the MBT I own. Otherwise, they fit the bill for a good walking shoe. mbt-shoessale service is impeccable, can't be beat by any other online vendor.

mbt-shoessale rocks! Ordered the shoe I was not able to get easily in my area and mbt-shoessale got it to me in one day! The MBT M.Walk has allowed me to work my shift on my feet without any pain. I did get a size 9 and wish I had gotten a 8 1/2. I wear smartwool hiking socks and those work well. Going to order the MBT M.Walk in white as I will be traveling to Florida soon and the black I own do not go with shorts I plan on wearing.

For years I have been working as a patient care assistant and when I get home from work I couldn't do anything else but sit in the same spot my feet and legs ache so much. Well, I received these shoes as a gift and it was truly a blessing. Honestly, no pain at all. I mean I feel the weight of the shoe at the end of the day, but I guess I adapted. I've only been wearing them for a week and when you find out the price your kind of skeptical even in a recession, but then you see how much money you've wasted buying at least 5 pair of shoes a year trying to get comfort and this one shoe does it all.
