MBT M.Walk is part of the new line of MBT shoes which run slightly narrower, and have a slightly different feel. Gentle, active rolling instead of repeated compression leads to relaxed, natural standing and walking. Muscular tensions decrease and the muscles become more balanced. The MBT M.Walk features a perforated EVA insole provides added cushioning with antibacterial treatment to reduce odor. It also has a combo synthetic leather and poly mesh upper for both breathable and durable wear. They feature a PU midsole with pivot that is the balancing section underneath the metatarsus which requires an active rolling movement with every step. A durable rubber outsole offers lightweight support with good traction.

I received my black Ema's a couple of days ago (thanks mbt-shoessale for the super-fast shipping) and am wearing them to work for the first time today. I was worried about trying these but I'm really glad I did. I wear a 37 in the MBT Sport shoes and the 37 Ema's fit perfectly. The front toe strap is a little tight on my big toe, but I will work that out...MBT's require some effort, that's what they're about, and these are no different. I notice the turning in quite a bit when I first tried them on but halfway through my first day in them it's undetectable--I'm just having to work it a little bit to walk in them and that is the plan after all. I love them and if the brown color didn't have that white insole I'd get those too. By far the cutest MBT I've seen

My sister told me about MBT. She and I both have back problems and we both feel that if something can help, it's worth every penny. So we each bought a pair. Hers didn't fit as well as she hoped they would (I told her to try a men's size the way I did) and she returned them. But mine have been so amazingly good for me that I bought a second pair. (Women's style this time and a bit on the snug side but wearable.) Really, the difference is astounding! My level of back pain has gone so far down that on some days I can move around in complete comfort. My knees feel better, my hips, and even my feet, once I got used to the somewhat different pressure points. I even think my balance is better, which is a great thing for someone who is getting older. The only thing I would suggest is that you exercise caution going up and down stairs until you're really used to these shoes. Because you tend to rock on the curved sole, it's easy to rock towards the edge of the stair. I've learned to use them t

I was so disappointed when I got these. I have been an MBT fan since they came out and have several pair. None of them fit, I tried 3 different sizes. My regular size was way too small, a half size up my toes were crunched and my heel was flying out, and a half size up from there was the same, but worse. I wish MBT could get the shoesthing together; I was so excited when I heard this style was coming out!

I walk several miles a day and purchased these shoes on the hype they gave something special and were woth the their high price. The shoes are well made and comfortable yet don't really give any better experience than other walking shoes which are less expensive. In short not sure these shoes are really worth the extra money.

I was skeptical, but I no longer am! These shoes are great. My work requires me to stand for about 5-7 consecutive hours at a time and before these shoes, my mid-lower back and hips would hurt. Since these shoes, I have had less pain. Also, these shoes do work out muscles that you haven't worked out before. I am a runner so I thought I would be okay wearing these shoes the whole day when I first got them, but I was really achy at the end of the day, just like walking on the beach! After the first 3-4 days though, I got used to it and my legs were no longer achy. They have not made me lose weight, but I have never tried to actively walk in them because I only wear them for work. The shoes were a little stiff during the first few wears and my little toe hurt, but the shoes broke in and there are no problems with that anymore. This is a very good shoe and would recommend these for comfort.

I would like to commend mbt-shoessale for their excellent service. I ordered 2 different sizes of the MBT walk shoe as I wasn't sure what size would fit. I received the shoes within several days. It was super easy to download the return label. I love the shoes and look forward to wearing them during my 12 hour shifts as a nurse in ICU. Thanks again!
