I was really surprised by the sizing of this shoe. I have a pair of MBT shoe that lace up and they are a 7.5 medium and fit great with lots of room.

These MBT Lami shoe is great. I can feel a difference in my posture, muscle tone from my abdominals and back all the way down the front and back of my legs. I have not had soreness, but was an active person to start with.
