    Great shoes. This is my 4th pair. I have bunions and these have a lot of adjustments. They are so comfortable--I live in them--wear them every day.

    Great comfort! Follow the recommended adjustment schedule, as these shoes will make you sore as you adjust to them. To me that¡¯s a great thing, because it makes me realize that they are working properly. I love the comfort and can¡¯t wait to see the results.

    Buy half a size bigger than you usually wear. My doctor advised me to buy these shoes for a stress fracture in my foot. They improve my posture and my foot feels better when I walk in them. This model is heavy and takes time to adjust to the weight. I plan to buy another pair in the near future but I would try a lighter weight shoe. I am very pleased with mbt-shoessalecustomer service.

    If you have any type of back pain or foot trouble, these are the shoes for you. They also give your legs a great work out as long as you actually walk in them as the video says to do.
